Conference registration fees include:

• Access to all conference sessions 
• Conference materials
• Lunch and coffee breaks indicated in the program
• Welcome reception organized by the City of Espoo

Conference Dinner is not included in the registration fees. Tickets can be purchased when registering at EUR 99 (incl. VAT 24 %).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to isps2024@confedent.fi 

• Full refund of deposit payment (less EUR 50 administration fee) for cancellations received by or on April 24^th, 2024 
• No refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 24^th, 2024
• There will be no refund for no-shows. 
• Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.

The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the organising committee reserves the right to decide about refunding of paid registration fees.
