Accommodation
The organizers have reserved accommodation for June 4 - 9 in hotels close to the conference venue.
The room rates given below are only valid for bookings made when registering to the Conference via our online registration form (see the Registration page). Hotel room rates are in euro (€) and the rates given are per room per night. A one night deposit payment is required in advance to confirm a booking.
Delegates are free to make their own accommodation arrangements but availability or prices cannot be guaranteed.
Radisson BLU Espoo

Cancellation policy for hotel bookings
- Full refund of deposit payment (less EUR 50 administration fee) for cancellations received by or on April 24th, 2024
- No refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 24th, 2024
There will be no refund for no-shows. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.
A shortened stay will be considered a late accommodation cancellation and the hotel has the right to charge for nights cancelled.
All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Office at isps2024@confedent.fi
Insurance
The Conference organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to ISPS 2024 participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. Please check the validity of your own travel insurance.
