*Student status must be proved by sending a copy of valid student card or other proof of student status to the Congress office by email: eacpt2025@confedent.fi

The registration fees are collected by our Congress office Confedent International (VAT reg. nr. FI0799293-8) on behalf of the local organiser for the EACPT 2025, Finnish Society of Clinical Pharmacology that is exempted from VAT. Therefore, no VAT or other taxes will be added to the full prices (VAT 0%) shown.

Welcome reception organized by the University of Helsinki on Sunday, 29 June
Early morning activities on Monday, 30 June

Accommodation

The above room rates are only valid when booking via the registration form and the rates include buffet breakfast and VAT 10%.

To guarantee a booking, a deposit payment of one night will be charged. The remaining nights are to be paid to the hotel directly when checking out.

NOTE! Value Added Tax (VAT) for accommodation services in Finland is being raised from 10% to 14%. Hotels have reserved the right to raise their rates accordingly and a surcharge of approximately 4% may be charged for the first night in addition to the deposit already paid.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All changes and cancellations in registrations and accommodation bookings have to be made in writing by email to the conference office.

Full refund will be made for cancellations received by or on 26 March, 2025, but a EUR 50 administration fee will be charged for handling the refund. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 26 March, 2025. There will be no refund for no-shows.

The Congress Organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Congress. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance.

Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.

The Organizers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the Organising committee reserves the right to decide about refunding of paid registration fees.
