The Organizers reserve the right to produce a list of participants (including first name, last name, organization and country) to be handed out to all registered participants at the event. If you do NOT wish to have your name included in the list, please indicate this below.

The registration fees are collected by Confedent International (VAT reg. nr. FI0799293-8) on behalf of the local organiser for the EACPT2025, Finnish Society of Clinical Pharmacology that is exempted from VAT. Therefore, no VAT or other taxes will be added to the full prices (VAT 0 %) shown below.

Participation days

Daily lunch and coffee breaks are included in all registration fees. In an effort to minimize food waste, please indicate the days you intend to join us at the Congress.

Social Program

Registration for the social program has ended. In case of cancellations, more tickets may become available - please email the congress office eacpt2025@confedent.fi for more information.

To ensure that you enjoy the catered functions held throughout the Congress, kindly advise any special dietary requirements below. You can add eg. food allergies by selecting "Other".

Please only enter strict dietary requirements that are essential for your health and wellbeing.

If you have booked accommodation, please note that the total amount of your registration only includes one hotel night (the hotel deposit). The remaining nights will be paid to the hotel directly upon check-out from the hotel.

Terms and Conditions
All cancellations have to be made in writing by email to the conference office. Full refund will be made for cancellations received by or on 26 March, 2025, but a EUR 50 administration fee will be charged for handling the refund. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 26 March, 2025. There will be no refund for no-shows. The congress organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Congress. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds. The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the organising committee reserves the right to decide about refunding of paid registration fees.
