Poster instructions

Please highlight the name of the poster presenter with bold font.

The maximum size for a poster is A0 Portrait (118.9 cm high and 84.1 cm wide) and the posters will be attached to poster boards with pins (supplied by the organizers). 

Each poster will be assigned a numbered poster board. Poster presenters are expected to hang their posters on Sunday 29 June between 8:00 and 12:00.

There are allocated times in the Congress Program where the Poster presenters are expected to be by their posters and available to discuss their work with the audience. 

- Sunday 29 June at 13:00-14:00, poster numbers TBA
- Monday 30 June at 13:00-14:00 , poster numbers TBA
- Tuesday 1 July at 12:30-13:30, poster numbers TBA

The posters should remain on the exhibition boards until the end of the Congress. Thereafter, the presenters are expected to take them down. Please be advised that if your poster is not removed before 16:30 on Tuesday July 1, it will be taken down and disposed of.

Poster printing service for EACPT2025 attendees

Point of Print by PSW Folders has agreed to provide poster printing services to the attendees. The service includes printing of your poster in Helsinki and its delivery to the congress venue.

If you choose to use the poster printing service, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Prepare your poster (max. size A0, portrait orientation) and save it as a PDF document.
  2. Send your poster PDF to info@pswfolders.fi as an email attachment.
  3. The files should be sent at latest on Wednesday 18 June.

  4. Emails should be titled EACPT2025 POSTER and the files EACPT2025_FIRSTNAMELASTNAME_MATERIAL.pdf

    The payment method should be mentioned when sending the file. The posters can be paid by credit card when picking up the poster, or with Paypal invoice. 

The prices are per m2 (=A0), with VAT 0% / VAT 25.5% included.

The price includes printing and delivery to the venue. Poster pick-up desk will be located at the main entrance hall of the University of Helsinki, near the congress registration desk (entrance address Fabianinkatu 33, Helsinki).

Poster pick-up desk will be open on Sunday 29 June at 8:00-10:30.
