Invitation to Sponsors and Exhibitors
We are pleased to invite you to the XXX Scandinavian Transplant Society congress on May 6.-8.2020 in Marina Congress Center, Helsinki, Finland together with pre-congress 19th Finnish Transplantation meeting. The expected audience of both meetings will be around 300-350 transplant professionals, specialities being nephrology, hepatology, gastroenterology, cardiology, pulmonology, endocrinology, pathology, anesthesiology, transplant immunology, transplant coordination, and nursing. We have planned the sessions according to emerging issues in organ transplantation with state of the art lecturers and oral presentations of that specific field as well as poster presentations. Special topics are DCD in Scandinavian countries, education and preparation, donation process and results, machine perfusion, infections in transplantation, in addition with organ and immunology sessions, challenges in transplantation, and small bowel trans- plantation.

The STS2020 congress is an official meeting of the Scandinavian Transplant Association and the local organizer of the congress is the Finnish Association of Transplant Surgeons. The sponsor contract (if needed) can be made between the sponsor and the Finnish Association of Transplant Surgeons. Sponsor payments will be handled via the congress office, Confedent International (sts2020@confedent.fi).
The meeting starts on May 6 at 08.30 with the registration and the 19th Finnish Transplantation meeting. The STS 2020 program starts on at 16.50. The congress venue is open for sponsors from 07.00 on May 6. The location of the booths on the exhibition area will be dealt by the organizers. The exhibition map will be sent to you no later than two weeks before the congress.
The welcome reception and congress dinner are open for sponsors according to the sponsor category. All company representatives at the booth must be registered via our online registration form. Free registrations according to the sponsor category should use registration code 'Exhibitor'. Additional participant(s) can be registered using the regular congress participant fees.
