The deadline for Early Bird fees is April 20, 2020.
Cancellation policy for registrations
For cancellations, an administration fee of EUR 50 will be applied to all cancellations made by March 30, 2020.
No refunds will be made for cancellations made after March 30, 2020. There will be no refund for no-shows. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.
The registration fees of the STS2020 Congress include City of Helsinki Reception and Conference Dinner. However, social events require pre-registration.
Insurance
The Congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to Congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Congress. Please check the validity of your own travel insurance.
Accommodation
The organizers have reserved a room quota for congress delegates at hotel Scandic Grand Marina adjacent to the congress venue.
