Abstract Submission Process
The deadline to submit the abstract(s) is March 16, 2020. The submitting author will receive notification of acceptance by April 9, 2020. At the time of confirmation of acceptance of abstracts, presenters will be requested to register for the congress. Deadline for confirmation of acceptance to present and presenter registration is April 23, 2020.
Choosing a track category
During the submission process, you will be asked to select one track category for your abstract. The track category is the general theme under which the abstract will be reviewed and later assigned and published in the congress material (if accepted).The maximum word count is 350.
