The Winter Days 2020 will be held in Hämeenlinna, in Verkatehdas, 5.-7.2.2020.

Registration

The registration for the Winter Days 2020 as a participant or exhibitor happens through the online registration form.
Please enter the registration form through the "Ilmoittaudu" tab (the registration form is only in Finnish!).
If you wish to register participants or exhibitors in English please contact us at talvipaivat@confedent.fi

While registering for the Winter Days you are able to make an accommodation reservation and reserve tickets for the social programme.

 

Registration fees for participants

  • SUY member 200 €
  • SUY board member 200 €
  • SUY retired 100 €
  • URHOT ry member 300 €
  • URHOT ry board member 80 €

The registration fees include the scientific programme, lunches, coffee breaks and the two social programmes. Please reserve the tickets for social programmes trough the online registration form.

 

Registration fees for exhibitors

Exhibition stand includes either one, two or four free registrations (depending on the stand size) per company. Also the complimentary registrations must be registered through the online registration form. Accommodation can also be booked through the form.

The exhibitor registration fee for an extra person is EUR 270,00/person. The fee includes the lunches, coffee breaks and a ticket for the Get-Together evening. Tickets for the Gala Dinner can be bought separately for the price of EUR 99 per person.

 

Cancellation policy for registration fees, evening tickets and accommodation:

- cancellation received after December 1st, 2019, 50% refund
- cancellation received after January 1st, 2020, no refund will be made
- there will be no refund for no-shows

The listed hotel prices are valid only when booking accommodation through the Confedent on-line registration form. To guarantee the reservation you will be requested to pay all nights in advance together with your registration fee.

If you wish to book a double room and share it with someone please note that only one of you should book the room. If you both book a double room then you will have two rooms booked.

The exhibition stand reservation begins on 8th October at 10.00 (Finnish time).
The reservation is done via on-line reservation form on the subpage "Näyttely".

The exhibition will no longer be divided into prescription and non-prescription medicines. The exhibition area will be one big area. Because of this it is very important each exhibitor follows the given guidelines:

  • each participant will have a name badge clearly stating whether he/she is a nurse, doctor or an industry representative
  • it is the responsibility of each company to know what and how to market to each demographic
  • please do not have any prescription medicine names or brands visible on your stand

The floorplan is preliminary, changes may occur.

The exhibition area is divided into two location, Lasipiha which is just outside the main lecture hall and Kehräämö, which is one floor up from the Lasipiha.

Lasipiha: 3100 € (including VAT 0%)
Kehräämö: 2600 € (including VAT 0%)

· Exhibition stand constructions (1 self standing logo wall on the back, brochure holder, bar chair, a high cabinet)
· Electricity supply to your stand (max 4A or 880W)
· Logo on the back wall and on the cabinet
· Morning and afternoon coffee, lunch and Get-Together evening for two persons

2,25 m2 (option 3) price:
Lasipiha: 2100 € (including VAT 0%)
Kehräämö: 1600 € (including VAT 0%)

Price includes:

· Exhibition stand constructions (1 logo/brochure holder pillar, high table)
· Electricity supply to your stand (max 4A or 880W)
· Logo on the pillar sign
· Morning and afternoon coffee, lunch and Get-Together evening for one person


Exhibition Cancellation policy

- cancellation received before January 11th, 2020, a full refund deducted with administrative fee of 200 Eur will be made
- cancellation received after January 11th, 2020, no refund will be made
- there will be no refund for no-shows
