REGISTRATION
The registration for the Winter Days 2022 as a participant or exhibitor happens through the online registration form.
Please enter the registration form through the "Ilmoittaudu" tab (the registration form is only in Finnish!).

While registering for the Winter Days you are able to make an accommodation reservation and reserve tickets for the social programme.
Registration fees for participants
- SUY member 200 €
- SUY board member 200 €
- SUY retired 100 €
- URHOT ry member 300 €
The registration fees include scientific programme, lunches, coffee breaks and social programme. Please reserve the tickets for social programme through the online registration form.
Registration fees for exhibitors
Exhibition stand includes either one, two or four free registrations (depending on the stand size) per company. Also the complimentary registrations must be registered through the online registration form. Accommodation can also be booked through the form.
The exhibitor registration fee for an extra person is 270 €/person. The fee includes lunches, coffee breaks and a ticket for the Get-Together Evening. Tickets for the Gala Dinner can be bought separately for the price of 99 €/person.
Cancellation policy for registration fees, evening tickets and accommodation
- Cancellation received before April 30, 2021, 50% refund
- Cancellation received after April 30, 2021, no refund will be made
- There will be no refund for no-shows

EXHIBITION
The exhibition stand reservation begins on October 5 at 10.00 (Finnish time).
The reservation is done via the online reservation form on the subpage "Näyttely". More information about the exhibition stands can be found on "Näyttely"-page.

The exhibition will no longer be divided into prescription and non-prescription medicines. The exhibition area will be one big area. Because of this it is very important each exhibitor follows the given guidelines:
- Each participant will have a name badge clearly stating whether he/she is a nurse, doctor or an industry representative
- It is the responsibility of each company to know what and how to market to each demographic
- Please do not have any prescription medicine names or brands visible on your stand

Option 1 (5 m2 )
Price: 5100 € (including VAT 0%)
Price includes:
- Floor space
- Exhibition stand constructions (2 self standing logo walls on the back, brochure holder, 2 bar chairs, a high cabinet)
- Logo on the back wall and on the cabinet
- Electricity supply to your stand (max 4A or 880W)
- Morning and afternoon coffee, lunch and Get-Together Evening for four persons
Option 2 (2,25 m2)
Price: 2600 € (including VAT 0%)
Price includes:
- Floor space
- Exhibition stand constructions (1 self standing logo wall on the back, brochure holder, bar chair, a high cabinet)
- Electricity supply to your stand (max 4A or 880W)
- Logo on the back wall and on the cabinet
- Morning and afternoon coffee, lunch and Get-Together Evening for two persons
Option 3 (1,5 m2)
Price: 1600 € (including VAT 0%)
Price includes:
- Floor space
- Exhibition stand constructions (1 logo/brochure holder pillar, high table)
- Electricity supply to your stand (max 4A or 880W)
- Logo on the pillar sign
- Morning and afternoon coffee, lunch and Get-Together Evening for one person
Exhibition cancellation policy
- Cancellation received before February 15, 2021, a full refund deducted with an administrative fee of 200 € will be made
- Cancellation received after February 15, 2021, no refund will be made
- There will be no refund for no-shows
