Individual Bookings
To make your hotel reservation, please use the online hotel booking system. Early booking is highly recommended, as Helsinki will be very busy in 2019 due to Finland's EU Presidency.
All room rates are in EUR per room per night including breakfast and VAT. Special rates have been negotiated with different hotels in Helsinki for EAIE Conference attendees.

Reservation policy for individual room bookings
Payment conditions
A deposit of one night per room is required to secure your reservation. Any remaining nights will be settled on site with the hotel. The rate for one night will be charged by Confedent International to hold your reservation. The deposit is to be paid by credit card in connection with the accommodation booking.
Bookings without a deposit will not be confirmed. All bookings for which the deposit has not been paid by credit card will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation and refund policy
Please note the following booking and cancellation policy, which applies to all individual bookings:
- Until 22 May 2019 (17:00 CEST): Full refund (handling fee of EUR 50 will be deducted)
- After 22 May 2019 (17:00 CEST) until 17 July 2019 (17:00 CEST), 2019: No refund of paid deposit
- After 17 July 2019 (17:00 CEST): No refund nor changes to reservation accepted. The full stay will be charged.
In the event of non-arrival/no show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation. The full payment of the reservation will be charged.
Early departure fee: guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed.
All refunds will be processed following the conference and will be paid in EUR. Participants unable to attend may transfer their booking to another person. Name changes should be sent to Confedent International by e-mail at confedent.eaie19@confedent.fi.
Cancellations and modifications to your booking must be communicated to Confedent International in writing to confedent.eaie19@confedent.fi.
Flex rate rooms
With flex rates you get more flexible cancellation terms! Please note that there are a limited number of flex rate rooms.

- After 14 August 2019 (17:00 CEST), until 4 September 2019 (17:00 CEST), 2019: No refund of paid deposit
- After 4 September 2019 (17:00 CEST): No refund nor changes to reservation accepted. The full stay will be charged.
