If you do not require accommodation, please select the "No accommodation required" option.
When sharing a double room, indicate your roommates name in the "sharing" field to avoid any double bookings! Please note that if you and your roommate both book a room when registering, you will have two rooms.
The rates shown below are for your whole stay. Reservations without a payment cannot be confirmed. If you are paying against invoice, kindly note that your reservation is guaranteed only after we have received the deposit payment.
The hotel room rates include VAT* and breakfast. Rooms are reserved on a first come - first served basis. For late bookings, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Should you need to change a booking already made, or if you need additional nights before or after the actual event days, kindly contact us at hellar@confedent.fi. Please do not contact the hotel directly regarding changes or additional nights.
*Please note that VAT percentages are subject to change and as a result rates quoted will be amended in line with any change in applicable tax.
