The registration fees are invoiced by Confedent International (VAT reg. no. FI0799293-8) on behalf of the local organiser for TMM 2018, University of Helsinki (VAT reg. nr. FI0313471-7) that is exempted from VAT.

Please Note delegates paying by credit card only and participating in both the XXIX Paulo Symposium on Too Much Medicine 2018 and in the 6th International Conference on Preventing Overdiagnosis, can request a discount of EUR 200 (EUR 100 for students) after August 22nd.

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference office Confedent International by e-mail: tmm2018@confedent.fi Cancellation policy * for registrations cancelled by or on July 15th, 2018, full refund of the registration fee (deduction of an administrative fee of EUR 50) * for registrations cancelled after July 15th, 2018, no refunds will be made
Payment

If you choose the invoicing option, we will send you an invoice by e-mail with the invoicing address you have given on the first page and add the invoicing fee (EUR 14) to the amount invoiced. We can also send the invoice by regular mail upon request.

Please note that the invoices are sent only after we have checked all your registration details so there will be a short delay up to a few days.

To pay by credit card, please choose "Online credit card payment" and then confirm this choice from the drop down menu under "Card Type". Clicking "Proceed to Checkout" will take you to our credit card company's SSL-secured payment page where you can settle your payment.
