According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we need your consent in order to collect your registration data. Please give your consent above. Without your consent we cannot collect your registration data, and thus registration is not possible.

Invoicing Address

The payment options are online payment (Visa, Mastercard or GooglePay) and payment against invoice (cheques will not be accepted). 

If you are paying online you do not have to fill in the invoicing address. 

If you wish to pay against invoice, kindly fill in the invoicing address fields and your invoice reference (if needed). The invoice will be sent to your e-mail as a PDF document and EUR 19 invoicing fee will be added to the invoice. 

Finnish participants can request an e-invoice (verkkolasku) by giving their e-invoicing information (OVT, vat reg/y-tunnus, operator) in the invoicing address fields.

Registration fees

Please choose your registration type below. All fees are in Euro (€). Discounted fees for students of Aalto University and University of Helsinki will be available starting from August 19th. 

The registration fees are invoiced by Confedent International (VAT reg. nr. FI0799293-8) on behalf of the local organisers for SfS2025, Aalto University (VAT reg. nr. FI2228357-4) and University of Helsinki (VAT reg. nr. FI0313471-7).

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations are non-refundable. All cancellations have to be made in writing by email to the conference office. The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance. There will be no refund for no-shows. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds. The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the organising committee reserves the right to decide about refunding of paid registration fees.

Payment

If you choose the invoicing option, we will send you an invoice by e-mail (or an e-invoice if requested) with the invoicing address you have given on the first page and add the invoicing fee (EUR 19) to the amount invoiced.

To pay online, please choose "Online payment". Clicking "Proceed to pay" will enable you to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by GooglePay.

NOTE! If your credit card payment fails, please contact your card issuer or check amount/international transaction limits applied to your card before trying again.
