Invoicing address

The payment options are payment by credit card, Google Pay or against invoice. If you wish to pay against invoice, please fill in the complete invoicing address and reference (if needed). The invoice will be sent to your email as a PDF document. Finnish participants can request an e-invoice (verkkolasku) by giving their e-invoicing information (VAT/y-tunnus, OVT-tunnus, operaattori) in the invoicing address fields. 19 € invoicing fee will be added to the invoice.  

Please note, if you have a complimentary registration or you are paying by credit card, you do not have to fill in the invoicing address unless you need a receipt with your company's address.

PRINSE'26 will use a mobile app. The app will include a list of participants.

Registration

The registration fees are invoiced by Confedent International (VAT reg. nr. FI07992938) on behalf of the local organiser for PRINSE'26, VTT (VAT reg. nr. FI26473754).

Registration fee includes admission to seminar, refreshment during breaks, lunches, seminar materials, and all side events except Winter Adventure. All fees include VAT 25,5%.

Booth registration 28 - 29 January

Booth fee includes one person’s admission to the seminar, refreshment during breaks, lunches, a table, and electricity 220V.

All side events are free of charge i.e. company and pilot factory visits, training, and social events except for "Winter adventure".


All fees include VAT 25,5%.

PRINSE’26 Seminar Side Events

All programme elements need pre-registration.

Please sign up for these below. There will be organized bus transportation to and from the seminar venue, and to all side events. Please check the bus schedule on the website or the event app closer to the event.

Winter Adventure on 29 January, 2026

Arctic Sea Night Experience 18.30-20.30

The experience begins at the Nallikari Experience Center, where participants gear up with winter clothing, headlamps, and snowshoes. The group then ventures onto the dark, frozen sea to a stove-heated tent to grill sausages and hear stories about the night-time nature. The adventure includes a chance to drill into the ice with an auger and checking a traditional Finnish winter fish trap - offering an authentic and memorable Arctic adventure.

After the Arctic Sea Night Experience, you can also join the Sauna and Jacuzzi.

Cancellation received latest on 31 December 2025: an administration fee of 100 € + VAT 25,5% will be charged. Cancellation received after 31 December 2025: no refunds will be made. 100% payment to be made, if fees not paid at the time of the cancellation. The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance. The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the organising committee reserves the right to decide about refunding of paid registration fees.

Payment

If you choose the invoicing option, we will send you an invoice by email (or an e-invoice if requested) with the invoicing address you have given on the first page and add the invoicing fee (EUR 19) to the amount invoiced.

To pay online, please choose "Online payment". Clicking "Proceed to pay" will enable you to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by GooglePay.

NOTE! If your credit card payment fails, please contact your card issuer or check amount/international transaction limits applied to your card before trying again.
