Registration

The registration fees are invoiced by Confedent International (VAT reg. nr. FI0799293-8) on behalf of the local organiser for PRINSE'24, VTT (VAT reg. nr. FI2647375-4).
All fees include VAT 24%.

Registration fee includes admission to seminar, refreshments during the breaks, lunches, seminar materials and cocktail dinner by City of Oulu.

Booth registration 24th - 25th January (invited companies)

Booth fee includes one person's free admission to the seminar, a table and electricity 220V.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation received latest on 31 December 2023: an administration fee of 100 € + ALV 24% will be charged. Cancellation received after 31 December 2023: no refunds will be made. 100% payment to be made, if fees not paid at the time of the cancellation. The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance. The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the organising committee reserves the right to decide about refunding of paid registration fees.
