According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we need your consent in order to collect your reservation data. Please give your consent above. Without your consent we cannot collect your reservation data, and thus reservation is not possible.

Invoicing address


The payment options are payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Googlepay, no prepaid cards) or against invoice via bank transfer (cheques will not be accepted).
If you are paying by credit card, you do not have to fill in the invoicing address. 

If you wish to pay against invoice, kindly fill in the invoicing address fields and your invoice reference (if needed).

Only Finnish organisations can request an e-invoice (verkkolasku) by giving their e-invoicing information (EDI/OVT, VAT reg/y-tunnus, operator) in the invoicing address fields. 

Sponsorship packages

The sponsorship fees are invoiced by Confedent International (VAT reg. nr. FI0799293-8) on behalf of VTT (VAT reg. nr. FI2647375-4).
All fees include VAT 25,5%.

Summary

Terms and Conditions
Booking is binding and non-refundable. The Congress organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to exhibitors (or companies), either during or as a result of the Congress. The fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own or company insurance. The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such case, the organising committee will decide upon refunding of paid fees.
