According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we need your consent in order to collect your registration data. Please give your consent above. Without your consent we cannot collect your registration data, and thus registration is not possible and you cannot proceed on the registration form. All participants are added on conference mailing list in order to receive information about the conference.

The organisers reserve the right to produce a list of participants to be given out to the registered participants at the event. The list would include first name, last name, organisation and country.

Additional programme registration and dietary information

 

Participation to the Evening Reception has no separate fee, but participation information is still required for catering and registration purposes. Please check the Evening reception box if you are participating in the reception.

 

Conference excursions have no separate fee but amount of participants is limited. You can choose only one excursion from the list. All excursions take place on Thursday afternoon after lunch.

Dietary requirements

To ensure that you enjoy the catered functions (lunches, coffees, dinner if participating) held throughout the congress, kindly indicate any special diet requirements below. Listed options are: Dairy free, Gluten free, Lactose free, Vegan and Vegetarian. You can choose more than one option.

If your dietary requirement is not listed, select "Allergies, other requirements" and fill in the information needed to the field that appears. Please only enter strict dietary requirements that are essential to your health and wellbeing (e.g. food allergy). If you do not have any allergies or food requirements, please leave this part empty.

Invoicing details

 

The payment options are payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Googlepay, no prepaid cards) or against invoice via bank transfer (cheques will not be accepted). You will receive a receipt once the payment is processed.

If you are paying by credit card, you do not have to fill in the invoicing address unless you need the information to appear on the receipt. 

 

If you wish to pay against invoice, kindly fill in the invoicing address fields and your invoice reference (if needed). The invoice will be sent to your e-mail as a PDF document and EUR 19 invoicing fee will be added to the invoice. Note that an additional fee of EUR 19 will be charged for any changes to a sent invoice (e.g. invalid invoicing address or needed data not given below).

Only Finnish participants can request an e-invoice (verkkolasku) by giving their e-invoicing information (EDI/OVT, VAT reg/y-tunnus, operator) in the invoicing address fields. Sending e-invoices to organisations outside Finland is not currently possible.

Terms and Conditions (need to be accepted to proceed to payment)
* For cancellations made by or on April 14th 2025, full refund (50 eur handling fee will be deducted) * For cancellations made after April 14th 2025, no refunds will be made. If the cancellation is not made on time, the payer must cover the full registration fee. No-show is not considered a cancellation. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds. The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance. The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the organising committee reserves the right to decide about refunding of paid registration fees.

Payment

 

Invoice payment

If you choose the invoicing option, we will send you an invoice by e-mail with the invoicing address you have given on the previous pages and add the invoicing fee (EUR 19) to the amount invoiced. Sending e-invoices to organisations outside Finland is not currently possible.

 

Online credit card payment

To pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, no prepaid cards), please choose "Online credit card payment", Proceed to Pay" and add the payment card details to the correct boxes that show up or login to your Google Pay account and do the payment. Connection is secure between the registration system and the payment service provider. After payment you can submit the form.

If you have problems with paying, make sure your payment limit is high enough for the payment and international online payments are allowed to do on the card. If your credit card payment fails, please contact your credit card issuer and check amount or international transaction limits applied to your card before trying again. If the payment is not successful, you can also contact us via email at NOCCA2025@confedent.fi and we try to help, but the first contact with payment failures would be to contact the card issuer if the registration form is working. 


NOTE! All payments need to be made before the conference. If you cannot pay the invoice prior to the conference, please pay by credit card.

 

If you registered as an organiser (Programme Committee and Local Organising Committee registration type) without any fees to be paid, you can move on and submit the registration.

Make sure to also check the junk mail folder of the e-mail address you provided on your registration form. Some spam filters may block automated e-mails from EventsAir registration system and NOCCA2025@confedent.fi.

Requested invoices will be sent out manually within two weeks time from the registration.
