Invoicing Address

The payment options are online payment and payment against invoice (cheques will not be accepted). 

If you are paying online you do not have to fill in the invoicing address. 

If you wish to pay against invoice, kindly fill in the invoicing address fields and your invoice reference (if needed). The invoice will be sent to your email as a PDF document and EUR 19 invoicing fee will be added to the invoice.

Cancellation terms – Cancellations received prior to or on April 30, 2025 – Full refund (less EUR 50 administration fee). – Cancellations received after April 30, 2025 – No refunds (100 % payment to be made if fees not already paid at time of cancellation) There will be no refund for no-shows. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds. Insurance The organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the event. Please check the validity of your own travel insurance.

Payment

To pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Google Pay, please choose "Online payment", then click "Proceed to Pay" and add your payment card details or login to your Google Pay account and make the payment. Connection is secure between the registration system and the payment service provider. After payment you can submit the form.

NOTE! If your credit card payment fails, please contact your card issuer or check amount/international transaction limits applied to your card before trying again.
