According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we need your consent in order to collect your registration data. Please give your consent above. Without your consent we cannot collect your registration data, and thus registration is not possible and you cannot proceed on the registration form. All participants are added on conference mailing list in order to receive information about the conference.

Please choose your registration type below. All fees are in Euro (€). Earlybird fees apply until 1.6.2025 (in Finnish time). If you choose ISCB Membership or student registration type, you need to provide proof of your membership or student status on the next page.

 

The registration fees are invoiced by Confedent International (VAT reg. nr. FI0799293-8) on behalf of the local organiser for ISBRA 2025, University of Helsinki (VAT reg. nr. FI0313471-7).

Please note that the registration fee includes parts that have different VAT. All registration fees include VAT 25,5% (of 90€, for social event) and VAT 0% (rest of the registration fee amount). VAT can not be removed from the fees.

Invoicing details, if needed

The payment option is only payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Googlepay, no prepaid cards). You will receive a receipt/invoice once the payment is processed.

You do not have to fill in the invoicing address unless you need the information to appear on the receipt. 


List of participants

The organisers reserve the right to produce a list of participants to be given out to the registered participants at the event or a list for their own marketing purposes. The list would include first name, last name, organisation and country.

If you do NOT wish to have your name included in the list, please indicate this above.

Social Programme and participation

 

On this page you can choose your participation to social programme, more detailed which day you are attending to the whole event and tell us if you have any dietary requirements.

Participation dates

Please mark on which dates you will be participating in the conference so we can adjust the quantity of food and beverages served at the conference and reduce food waste.


Dietary requirements

Please inform us also your dietary requirement for the duration of the event.

To ensure that you enjoy the catered functions (lunches, coffees, dinner if participating) held throughout the congress, kindly indicate any special diet requirements below. Listed options are: Gluten free, Lactose free, Vegan and Vegetarian. You can choose more than one option.

If your dietary requirement is not listed, select "Other" and fill in the information needed (like allergies) to the field that appears. Please only enter strict dietary requirements that are essential to your health and well being (e.g. food allergy). If you do not have any allergies or food requirements, please leave this part empty.


Excursion interest check

Pre- and post excursions will be organised, if the minimum group size (30 persons) is reached. If you are interested in joining an excursion, please indicate this below. The cost given below is an estimate and final cost will be informed by the end of June, should the minimum group size be reached.

 

1/2-day Suomenlinna excursion on Sunday 3 August

estimated cost 75€/person

 • 2-way boat ticket (Helsinki-Suomenlinna-Helsinki)
 • a guided walking tour at Suomenlinna island
 • coffee service

 

1-day Tallinn post tour on Wednesday 6 August

estimated cost 125€/person

 • 2-way cruise ship ticket (Helsinki-Tallinn-Helsinki)
 • bus transfers and guided tour by bus (in Tallinn)
 • a Tallinn city guide during the tour / in the bus (all day in Tallinn)
 • guided walking tour at the Old Town area
 • entrance ticket and guidance in Estonian Maritime Museum
 • free time at the ship and Tallinn

 

Please note that minimum of 30 attendees per excursion needed for the tour to be organised. We will confirm (or cancel) the excursions and the final fee by 30 June 2025. At that point the excursion is to be paid by credit card.


Summary

Terms and Conditions (need to be accepted to proceed to payment)
Registration is binding and non-refundable. Registration can be transferred to another participant free of charge. If you wish to transfer the registration to another person, please contact isbra2025@confedent.fi with the details of the person who will take your place. Please note that transfers between attendants include all additional programme items the original participant had selected (e.g. dinner, excursion) Denial of a visa application to Finland and/or the Schengen area does not entitle a participant to any refunds. The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance. The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for the cancellation of the event (natural disaster, an outbreak of severe contagious diseases, major strikes, etc.). In such a case, the organizing committee reserves the right to decide about refunding paid registration fees.


Payment

 

Online credit card payment

To pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, no prepaid cards), please choose "Online credit card payment", Proceed to Pay" and add the payment card details to the correct boxes that show up or login to your Google Pay account and do the payment. Connection is secure between the registration system and the payment service provider. After payment you can submit the form.
If you have trouble with paying make sure your payment limit is high enough for the payment and international online payments are allowed to do on the card. If your credit card payment fails, please contact your credit card issuer and check amount or international transaction limits applied to your card before trying again. If the payment is not successful, you can also contact us via email at ISBRA2025@confedent.fi and we try to help, but the first contact with payment failures would be to contact the card issuer if the registration form is otherwise working.
