A photographer will be present at the congress. If you do not wish to appear in the photos, please inform the photographer directly.

The payment options are payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or against invoice. Cheques will not be accepted.

If you wish to pay against invoice, kindly fill in the invoicing address fields. EUR 18 invoicing fee will be added to the balance.
If you wish to receive an e-invoice (available for Finnish companies only), please include the OVT number and the VAT number (y-tunnus) in the invoicing details.

The organisers reserve the right to produce a list of participants to be given out to the registered participants at the event. The list would include first name, last name, organisation and country.
If you do NOT wish to have your name included in the list, please indicate this above.

Please note! You can choose only one of the excursions because they are at the same time.

To ensure that you enjoy the catered functions held throughout the Conference, kindly indicate your special diet requirements below. Please only enter strict dietary requirements that are essential to your health and wellbeing (e.g. food allergy).

You can choose more than one option. If your dietary requirement is not listed, select "other" and fill in the information in the text box that appears.

If you wish to book accommodation, please fill in your arrival and departure dates and click "Search", then make your selection from the choices given. The rates shown are for your whole stay.
If you do not require accommodation, please select the "No accommodation required" option.

To guarantee your hotel reservation, a deposit of one night's room rate is required. Reservations without a paid deposit cannot be confirmed. The deposit will be deducted from the total hotel bill, that is to be settled at the hotel upon departure. If you are paying against invoice, kindly note that your reservation is guaranteed only after we have received the deposit payment.

The hotel room rates include VAT and breakfast. Rooms are reserved on a first come - first served basis. For late bookings, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Should you need to change a booking already made, or if you need additional nights before or after the actual conference days, kindly contact us at icos2024@confedent.fi . Please do not contact the hotel directly as the reservations will be given to each hotel only some days prior to the congress.

Sharing a room?
When sharing a double room, indicate your roommates name in the "sharing" field to avoid any double bookings! Please note that if you and your roommate both book a room when registering, you will have two rooms.
