When sharing a twin or double room, indicate your roommates name in the "sharing" field to avoid any double bookings! Please note that if you and your roommate both book a room when registering, you will have two rooms. In some hotels, also triple and quadruple rooms are available.
The rates shown below are for your whole stay and include VAT* and buffet breakfast. The star ratings of the hotels are based on customer ratings. Rooms are reserved on a first come - first served basis. For late bookings, availability cannot be guaranteed.
NOTE! Our room blocks in most of the congress hotels are for 8 - 14 June. Should you need to change a booking already made, or if you need additional nights before or after the days available via this booking form, kindly contact us at ICN2025hotels@confedent.fi. You will receive a confirmation email after having completed your booking - no reservation numbers are necessary as your room will be booked under your name at the hotel.

The hotels are divided in four groups according to their location (walking distance to venue, City center, Downtown area and Metropolitan area / Airport) and in alphabetical order within each group.
