According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we need your consent in order to collect your registration data. Please give your consent above. Without your consent we cannot collect your registration data, and thus registration is not possible.

Your contact details will be stored by ESPE and will only be used for the purpose of contacting you for ESPE news and elections.

Please note that the registration form saves basic contact details (name, email) even if you start registration and leave before submitting.

Invoicing Address

The payment options are online payment (Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay) and payment against invoice (bank transfer).

If you pay online you do not have to fill in the invoicing address.

If you wish to pay against invoice, fill in the invoicing address fields and your invoice reference if needed. The invoice will be sent to your email as a PDF document. 

Finnish participants can request an e-invoice ('verkkolasku') by giving their e-invoicing information (OVT, vat reg/y-tunnus, operator) in the invoicing address fields.

EUR 19 invoicing fee will be added to all invoices.

Registration fees

The registration fees are invoiced by Confedent International (VAT reg. nr. FI0799293-8) on behalf of the local organizer for the ESPE 2026 Conference, Aalto University (VAT reg. nr. FI22283574), that is exempted from VAT for delegate registration fees.

All amounts are given in Euro.

Please note that the regular and PhD student fees include the ESPE membership fee of EUR 25.

Social Programme

All activities are included in the registration fee but require advance sign-up.

Thursday: City Hall Reception, Helsinki

The City of Helsinki will host a reception on Thursday 11 June 2026 from 18.30 to 20.00 at Helsinki City Hall. Please let us know below if you are interested in participating. Separate registration is mandatory and you will find a registration link to the Reception on your confirmation letter. 

Friday: Cocktail Hour at the Conference Venue, Espoo

Saturday: Private Cruise from the Conference Venue to Restaurant Lonna

Saturday: Conference Dinner at Restaurant Lonna, Helsinki

Optional Informal Activities (Friday evening)

10 km Run from the Conference Venue to the Sauna in Helsinki (parallel to cocktails)

Karaoke Visit, Helsinki (after cocktails)

Sauna Evening, Helsinki (after running/cocktails)

One ticket to the Sauna Evening is included in the registration fee. Please note that you should only choose two tickets if you have registered an accompanying person.

Dietary Requirements

To ensure that you enjoy the catered functions held throughout the conference, kindly advise any special dietary requirements below. You can add special diets and food allergies by selecting "Other" from the drop-down list.

Please only enter dietary requirements that are essential for your health and wellbeing.

Terms and Conditions
Registrations cancelled by the 20th of April will be refunded 80% of the registration fees (excluding the ESPE membership fee of €25). Registrations cancelled by the 20th of May will be refunded 50% of the registration fees (excluding the ESPE membership fee of €25). Registrations cancelled after the 20th of May will not be eligible for a refund. There will be no refund for no-shows. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.

Payment

If you choose the invoicing option, we will send you an invoice by email (or an e-invoice if requested) with the invoicing address you have given on the first page and add the invoicing fee (EUR 19) to the amount invoiced.

To pay online, please choose "Online payment". Clicking "Proceed to Pay" will enable you to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by Google Pay.

NOTE! If your credit card payment fails, please contact your card issuer or check the amount/international transaction limits applied to your card before trying again.
