According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we need your consent in order to collect your registration data. Please give your consent above. Without your consent we cannot collect your registration data, and thus registration is not possible.

Invoicing address

The payment options are payment by credit card or against invoice (cheques will not be accepted). 

If you are paying by credit card you do not have to fill in the invoicing address. 

If you wish to pay against invoice, kindly fill in the invoicing address fields and your invoice reference (if needed). The invoice will be sent to your e-mail as a PDF document and EUR 19 invoicing fee will be added to the invoice. 

Kindly note that e-invoices can only be sent in Finland and invoicing portals such as eg. Chorus Pro cannot be used. To receive an e-invoice for a organization with a VAT registration number in Finland, please provide the necessary invoicing details (OVT, VAT reg, operator) in the invoicing address fields. 

Registration

The registration fees are charged by Confedent International (VAT reg. nr. FI0799293-8) on behalf of the local organiser for the 11th European Meeting on Viral Zoonoses, Société Française de Virologie (SFV) that is exempted from VAT.

Evening program

The Gala Dinner is complimentary for all registered participants and accompanying persons but we would ask you to kindly indicate your participation below.

Terms and Conditions
* For cancellations made by or on July 31st, 2025, full refund (50 eur handling fee will be deducted) * For cancellations made after July 31st, 2025, no refunds will be made. The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance. The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the organising committee reserves the right to decide about refunding of paid registration fees.

Payment

If you choose the invoicing option, we will send you an invoice (PDF) by e-mail with the invoicing address you have given on the first page and add the invoicing fee (EUR 19) to the amount invoiced.

To pay online, please choose "Online payment". Clicking "Proceed to pay" will enable you to pay by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) or by GooglePay.

NOTE! If your credit card payment fails, please contact your card issuer or check amount/international transaction limits applied to your card before trying again.
