Invoice
If you choose the invoicing option, we will send you an invoice by e-mail with the invoicing address you have provided on the contact details page and add the invoicing fee (EUR 20) to the amount invoiced. Please note that if the invoice needs any additional information or has to be changed after sending, there will be another invoicing fee added after each addition/change, so please check that you have all the needed information (invoicing address, possible purchase order numbers etc.) for the invoice prior.
Credit card
To pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, no prepaid cards), please choose "Online payment", Proceed to Payment" and add the payment card details to the correct boxes that show up or login to your Google Pay account and do the payment. Connection is secure between the registration system and the payment service provider. After payment you can submit the form.
If your credit card payment fails, please contact your credit card issuer or check amount/international transaction limits applied to your card before trying again.
NOTE! All payments need to be made before the conference. If you cannot pay the invoice prior to the conference, please pay by online payment type.
If you registered as a keynote speaker and have not selected additional programme items (e.g. excursion), you may now submit your registration.
If the online payment option is not working for some reason, please choose invoice option and send us email to elter2025@confedent.fi, that you want to pay with credit card.
