If you wish to book accommodation, please fill in your arrival and departure dates and click "Search", then make your selection from the choices given.
Should you not require accommodation, please select the "No accommodation required" option.
When sharing a double room, indicate your roommate's name in the "sharing with" field to avoid any double bookings! Please note that if you and your roommate both book a room when registering, you will have two rooms.
The rates shown below are for your whole stay. However, to guarantee your hotel reservation, a deposit of one night's room rate only is required. Reservations without a paid deposit cannot be confirmed. You will pay only one night deposit fee in advance with the registration fees. The remaining nights are to be paid to the hotel directly at check-in. If you wish to pay all the nights already in advance, please contact ecfg18@confedent.fi (Note that cancellation terms apply to the whole sum paid in advance.)
If you are paying against invoice, kindly note that your reservation is guaranteed only after we have received the deposit payment.
You will receive a confirmation email after having completed your booking - reservation number is not needed as your room will be booked under your name at the hotel by us.
The hotel room rates include VAT and buffet breakfast for one or two people (single room - 1 person, double/twin - 2 persons).
Rooms are reserved on a first come - first served basis. For late bookings, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Should you need to change a booking already made, or if you need additional nights before or after the actual Conference days, kindly contact us at ecfg18@confedent.fi.
Please do not contact the hotel directly regarding changes or additional nights.
