Please note that the registration form saves basic contact details (name, e-mail) even if you start registration but leave before submitting.

The conference fee includes registration, coffee breaks, lunches, the Helsinki City Welcome reception on Wednesday 10.6.2026 (separate registration via the link on confirmation letter when all the fees are paid) and conference dinner on Thursday 11.6.2026 (registration on the following pages). 

Early Bird fees: 28.1.-2.3.2026

Regular fees: 3.3.-7.5.2026

Low-GDP fee: 28.1.-2.3.2026 (Low-GDP countries list here.)

 

The registration fees are invoiced by Confedent International (VAT reg. nr. FI0799293-8) on behalf of the organiser for the EARLI SIG4 & SIG11 Conference 2026, University of Helsinki (VAT reg. nr. FI0313471-7) that is exempted from VAT.

Membership proof

List of participants

The organisers reserve the right to produce a list of participants to be given out to the registered participants at the event or a list for their own marketing purposes. The list would include first name, last name, organisation and country.

If you do NOT wish to have your name included in the list, please indicate this below.


My contact details may be used for marketing of future events by the organisers.


Social Programme, Dietary & Participation dates

Social Programme

Dinner and Helsinki City reception are complimentary for all registered participants but we would ask you to kindly indicate your participation below as there are maximum participant amounts for each event. Registered delegates will receive a separate registration link for the Helsinki City Reception (which will be held on June 10th) on the registration confirmation when the fees are paid.

Note, that there will be a 5 minute boat ride to the dinner venue as the venue is on an island. Conference dinner fee is included in the registration fee but there are limited seats.

Dietary Requirements

To ensure that you enjoy the catered functions held throughout the Conference, kindly advise any special dietary requirements below. You can add eg. food allergies by selecting "Other".

Please only enter dietary requirements that are essential for your health and wellbeing. 

If you do not have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please leave this part empty.

NOTE: Allergies and other dietary requirements listed here will be forwarded to the conference catering and the dinner restaurant. 


Participation Dates

Daily lunch and coffee breaks are included in all registration fees. In an effort to minimize food waste, and optimize the needed spaces please indicate the days you intend to join us at the conference.


Invoicing Details

The payment options are online payment (Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay) and payment against invoice (wire transfer). 

If you are paying online you do not have to fill in the invoicing address unless you need it to show up on receipt. 

If you wish to pay against invoice, kindly fill in the invoicing address fields and your invoice reference (if required). The invoice will be sent to your e-mail as a PDF document and EUR 19 invoicing fee will be added to the invoice. 

Finnish participants can request an e-invoice (verkkolasku) by giving their full e-invoicing information (needed: OVT-tunnus, y-tunnus, operaattori) in the invoicing address fields and EUR 19 invoicing fee will be added to the e-invoice total.


Visa support letter

Please tick the following option if you need an invitation letter from the conference for the visa application. You will fill in the needed personal details on the next page. 

Please note that the letters are not sent automatically, and the registration fees need to be paid fully before we will send out the letter. It may also take a while for the letter to be sent out after us receiving the payment.

Cancellation policy and insurance
* For cancellations made by or on 30.04.2026, full refund (EUR 50 handling fee will be deducted) * For cancellations made after 30.04.2026, no refunds will be made. All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to the conference participant services EARLISIG4_11@confedent.fi. 100% payment to be made if fees not paid at the time of cancellation. No-show is not considered a cancellation. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds. The conference organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance. The organizers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the organizing committee reserves the right to decide about refunding of paid registration fees.


Payment

If you choose the invoicing option, we will send you an invoice by e-mail (or an e-invoice if requested) with the invoicing address you have given on the first page and add the invoicing fee (EUR 19) to the amount invoiced.

To pay online, please choose "Online payment". Clicking "Proceed to pay" will enable you to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by Google Pay.

NOTE! If your credit card payment fails, please contact your card issuer or check the amount/international transaction limits applied to your card before trying again.
